Classes

At RKD Martial Arts we offer a number of separate courses to all age groups as follows. For more information about each type of course please follow the link below.

- Junior Classes
Our Junior Classes are suitable for boys and girls aged 15 and under, separated into 3 age groups:

  • Mini-Dragons (Ages 3 – 5)
  • Kids (Ages 6 – 11)
  • Young Adults (Ages 12 – 15)

- Adult Classes
Our Adult Classes are suitable for both men and women aged over 15 who are interested in self defense and fitness.

- MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Classes
Our MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Classes are suitable for both men and women aged over 15 who are interested in the sport side of martial arts.

- Kid’s Parkour Classes
Parkour (or free running), is about the ability to negotiate your environment efficiently, but also looks at exploring and expanding the limits of your body. This class is for kids 8-10 years old.

- 10 Week Fitness Transformation
Our 10 week fitness programmed is designed to help you meet your health and fitness goals

- Private Classes
Our Private Classes are suitable for all ages that are looking for the one-on-one attention of an instructor.

- Eskrima Classes
Our Eskrima (Kali or Arnis) classes are suitable for both men and women aged over 13 that want to learn or focus on the Filipino Martial Arts.

- Groups & Corporate Program
Our Groups & Corporate Program is specifically tailored to your needs on a case by case basis.

- Women’s Self defence Courses
Our Women’s Self Defence Courses are suitable for women aged over 13 that want to learn how to defend themselves efficiently and effectively without 20 years of martial arts experience.
